Ina and Justin had 6 children: John, Mary Jo, Tom, Diane Marie, Samuel and Stephen Nils. John married Mary Jo Schell; they have 2 children: Terry and Patricia. Mary Jo married Tom Wilke; they have 4 children: Susan, David (m. Becky Westerfield), Steve and Daniel. Tom married Jeanne Meyer and has 2 sons: John Marshall and Sam. Diane married John Nordsgaard; they have 3 children: Mike, Tim and Peter. Samuel married Carol Legred; they have 2 daughters: Sarah and Karla. Stephen married Kathy Bartell; they have one son, Mark. Alvin Robert (b. 5 Jul 1915) married LaVeta Moon. Alvin and LaVeta had 4 children: Robert Jay, Sylvia, Suezetta and Lael Robert. Robert married Lorna Lee; they have 2 children: Laura and Jay. Robert and Lorna later divorced. Sylvia married David Rex; they have 2 children: Jean and Leah. Suezetta married Loren Kiel; they have 2 children: Adam and Ann. Lael married Mona Frana; they have 2 children: Rose and Evan.

Henry Weselmann was active in community affairs. He served as mayor of Calmar in 1926 and 1927. He died 1 May 1944 at the age of 75. Zetta died 7 Jul 1945.

Norma, Helen, Arline, Vera and Lloyd Weston.

Lloyd L. Weston was the son of Thomas Weston (1852-1938) and Amelia Ann Gostick (1861-1931). Thomas and Amelia were born in Cambridge, England and came to this country when they were about 15 years old.

Lloyd was born in 1894 at Wakefield, NE and moved with his family to DeWitt, IA as a child where the family operated a dairy. He married Vera Farrell in Galena, IL in 1915 and moved to a farm near Hawkeye where they farmed for a few years and later on farmed near West Union. After the farm was sold they moved to West Union where Lloyd was employed by Fayette Co. as a road maintenance worker. He eventually went to work for the State Highway Commission and was transferred to Decorah as Highway Commission Foreman in 1929. Lloyd worked there until he retired at age 70 after 35 years. He died in 1975 at age 81. Lloyd had 4 brothers and 2 sisters.

Vera B. Farrell was the daughter of John and Ella Farrell of West Union. She worked for several years at the Decorah Hospital as a cook, retiring at age 70. She had 2 brothers and 2 sisters and 8 half-brothers and half-sisters.

Vera died in 1980 at age 85.

Lloyd and Vera were parents of 4 children: Mary Frances who died at birth; Helen, Arline and Norma. Helen (b. 1 Jun 1917) married Kenneth Frye (13 May 1917-Feb 1991). Helen has been a legal secretary in Decorah for over 48 years. Helen and Kenneth had 4 children: David married Karen Iverson and has 3 children. Gary married Geraldine Rilling and has 3 children and 2 grandchildren. Gary farms and is a self-employed carpenter living on the family farm north of Decorah. He is the 3rd generation living on that farm. Linda  married Robert Johnson and lives in Rochester, MN. She is a registered nurse working at St. Mary's over 30 years. Bob is a Minnesota Highway Commission dispatcher and they have 2 children: Elizabeth married to Kris Clobes and William and wife Lorie. Virginia “Ginny” married Ronald Goodyear and has one son Russell Elliott. She is a machine operator at Calmar Foods. Arline married Dr. George Montgomery of Ames, IA. He is retired as a doctor and she as a registered nurse. They have 3 children: Mary is a registered nurse and her husband Dale is a doctor at Mary Greeley Hospital in Ames. They have 3 children: George, Jr. who has 4 children and JoAnn who has one child. Norma married Robert Casper, Decorah. She is the director of RSVP in Decorah and Robert is retired from the IA DOT They had 5 children: Robin, Michael, Melissa, James and Mary. Robin was killed in a car accident at age 19; Michael and wife Wanda of Elkader, IA. Michael is a DOT employee and Wanda is a Head Start worker. They have 4 children and are raising the 3 children of his sister Melissa. Melissa died in 1993. James married Bridget. He owns a plumbing & heating business and she is a teacher. They have 3 children. Mary and husband Lloyd Hageman farm near Ossian, IA and have 4 children.
